Descripción de la oferta de empleo
- Sueldo base: $8,000 al mes + 40% bono trimestral (sobre sueldo)
- Prestaciones de Ley + Seguro de Vida desde tu primer día + Vales de despensa
- Crecimiento a Corto/Mediano plazo
- Capacitación sobre producto
Horario de Lunes a Viernes 12:00 pm a 8:00 pm (un día de descanso rolado en fin de semana) fines de semana se labora de 8 am a 2 pm
¿Qué Necesitas?
Experiencia 2 años como team leader y/o superviso/ar de operaciones en campañas de call center
Conocimiento y uso de indicadores o métricas en call center
Manejo de personal
Uso de paquetería Office
CRM
Licenciatura concluida con título ó cédula (obligatorio) económica-administrativa, psicología o a fín
