Job Overview Responsible for the technical and management development for new and existing suppliers according the SI Regional Strategy defined by Procurement, using applicable assessments and frequent visits to the targeted suppliers.
Expert to suppliers in QMS (ISO /IATF /VDA6.
), Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving Tools, TE Systems, Training Experts, with a high Tooling / Technical Skill Capability Tasks Summary & Responsibilities (please enclose organizational charts) -Define and Execute Supplier Integration Program at selected Suppliers.
-Perform Potential Analysis at new suppliers (VDA6.
Potential Analysis) -Perform Supplier Integration Assessments to selected suppliers.
-Perform regular visits to Suppliers under the Integration Program till QDCT Target completion -Verifies CQI certifications – Perform CQI audits when applicable -Support suppliers for System Development according to IATF when applicable (i.
., ISO to IATF).
-Monitors Supplier’s performance during the Supplier Development Program and escalates to Procurement if required.
-Training Experts within SQ Function for IATF / Core Tools / 5S / Poka-Yoke / Problem-Solving & PDCA / QRQC / others.
-Owner of Supplier Academy and Onboarding Process for Quality.
-Tooling / Technical Skill Capability according the required commodity / manufacturing process.
-Experts on Lean Manufacturing.
-Leads Supplier Improvement Workshops (i.
., reduction of CoPQ / Scrap Reduction / Lean Manufacturing) in collaboration with Procurement SDE / CoE What your background should look like.
Requirements.

degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field -At least 5 years of experience within Automotive Quality Management portion.
Procurement is a plus.
-Expert Knowledge on VDA 6.
., IATF, ISO , ISO , Lean Manufacturing Tools, Automotive Core Tools, Poka-Yoke, and other Automotive Standards -Certified VDA 6.
(version ) / IATF nd party auditor.
-Problem Solving Tools (8D / PDCA / A3 / DMAIC / SPS, etc) -Tooling / Technical Skill Capability according the required commodity / manufacturing process -6 Sigma Green Belt experience at minimum.
-Minimum 5 years of Lean Manufacturing Working Experience Location.
