Job responsibilities.
Generation of strategic planning based on the daily Shipping Plan.
Review of equipment returns and availability to load.
Periodic reviews of NOM’s and federal transportation regulation.
(Update) Generation of standardization processes (Periodic reviews and update).
Establish administrative processes with quality and safety standards.
Staff training and development.
Supervise the functions and operations of Plant A1, A2, Civac with control KPI’s.
Development of supervisor and field administration role.
Project development and execution.
Preparation of service justifications.
(Fuel, toll, certificates, maintenance, leasing, office, cleaning, tracking) with financial validation and purchases.
Confirmations and validations of services in NMEX Systems (Preparation).
Drivers travel expenses management.
Integral maintenance administration of the Own Fleet.
Deliverance and accreditation of property on behalf of NMEX.
Teams with incident before the authorities.
