his position supervises a team of support and/or production level of hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.
Monitors cell performance.
productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.
Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.
Qualifications.
achelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field  2-5 years as Team Leader or similar position  Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing  Knowledge in.
Experience Leading Projects  Personnel management  Intermediate knowledge in SAPAbility to develop recovery plans, result oriented and excellent communication skills  Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel  Production plan follow up and executionEnglish (Intermediate)  Available to work in 1st or 2nd shift.
