How to contribute to our vision * Determines service strategies and respective implementation plans.
* Plans serviceability aspects of products, systems and solutions and proposes improvements.
* Plans and conducts surveys on reliability and serviceability for products, systems and solutions and derives action plans.
* Coorperates with accountable engineering teams in the development of projects, at an early stage.
* Plans and schedules serviceability projects, and determines respective budgets.
* Plans and coordinates serviceability work packages, to be implemented by the accountable engineering team.
* Ensures optimized service functionalities and documentation, co-decides in product releases.
* Ensures Technical Customer Service is prepared and qualified to implement the serviceability concepts.
