Senior Test Lead – Games”   *This position is required to be on-site at our office in Mexico City*   Position Summary Has your character ever fallen into textures?       What You Will Do Observe proper procedures related to the job Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications and prepare reports Analyze test results, bugs, and usability Interact with clients Contribute to existing testing content documentation Manage, lead and mentor test team members Oversee implementation and execution of test plans and test cases Assist in test environment setup and teardown Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation Assist in coaching junior staff by helping them to make decisions and solve problems and providing feedback on testing-related tasks       To Be Successful You Will Have Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment Passion for video games and knowledge of video game market Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle Demonstrated capability in writing detailed area test plan documents, executing test strategies, and performing exploratory testing Experience testing in an Agile context Working knowledge of Atlassian tool suite e.
