Funciones del cargo Plan, implement, and deploy changes following established SDLC and best practices for coding, testing, and monitoring in SugarCRM Produce technical design, test, and documentation for projects with complex dependencies Deal with troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing issues, as they arise Participate in Scrum meetings, and contribute to requirements estimation, design, and code reviews Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams Become the expert on your team’s business and technical domains Grow the team by attracting, onboarding, and coaching new/Junior engineers Become an expert on the technical stack your team owns, gaining knowledge in your team's business domains Requerimientos del cargo Having more than 4 years of professional background in SugarCRM Skilled in designing and developing SugarCRM applications Great at maintenance of quality systems within the group challenges Ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementation as a part of project success Proficient in Modules customization and writing Confident in CRM software migration, and 3rd party software integration Strong in creating upgrade-safe modules Experienced in PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL profiling and query optimization Good at NoSQL data backends (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) Designing and developing application components following a Microservices architecture B2+ English level Located in Chile (mandatory) Opcionales TOGETHER WE WILL Enjoy a flexible approach to the workplace, allowing you to work from any place in Mexico Care for your and your family’s wellness with a Health and Life insurance package Have access to wide career opportunities, engaging projects, cutting-edge technologies, and a well-defined career path through our People Excellence program Gain certifications from leading providers (Google, AWS & others) Run the project for our client to build a great product that makes an impact on the world Develop and work with a great team across Ukraine, European countries, and the UK SoftServe es una empresa que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
