SENIOR ASSOCIATE, FIELD HR

Job Title.
Senior Associate, Field HR Location.
Bangsar South, KL, Malaysia Department.
Human Resources As the Senior Associate, Field HR, you are responsible for the efficient and timely processing of HR Operations, which includes payroll, benefits, HR administrative, Immigration and Statutory process compliance and management for employees in Malaysia and Bangladesh.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
Facilitate with employee onboarding, signing of employment contract, enrollment and/or update of employee's government registrations Processing of employment pass applications of non-Malaysia new hires or new transfers and ensure all non-Malaysia employees and their dependents has valid pass Work with appointed vendor and/or respective parties for any changes in pass, cancellation, and renewals, submit projection quota for Immigration based on approved headcounts, coordinate with vendors on employee's benefits execution Support for any medical claims and issue escalations Prepares non-Workday payroll instructions and other expatriates payment instructions for payroll processing, submit Company Tax Return and work with Payroll Team for Audit Requirement Process employee exit through MyHR portal, coordinate the final pay and exit documents and coordinate with Fragomen and Deloitte and statutory cancellation for non-Malaysian employees exit formalities Supports employee engagement activities and initiatives Support L&D logistics arrangements, manage the HRDF grant applications and claim submissions Maintain and safekeep the employees' personal files and HR documentations.
Facilitate HR vendor payments and renewals of contracts, general MyHR requests for local HR's actions and prepare HR monthly reports Required Skills / Experience / Competencies.
Bachelor's degree in related fields Minimum 3 years of experience as HR personnel with payroll management experience Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Benefits & Culture.
