We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PS Consultant to join our team for an exciting project spanning multiple locations in Mexico, the USA, and Canada.
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience in SAP PS and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
As a Senior SAP PS Consultant, you will play a crucial role in taking a global blueprint, creating templates for four locations, and implementing them.
Your primary responsibility will be to guide client users in understanding the global template while addressing local needs.
Responsibilities.
·        Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop solutions in SAP PS.
·        Lead the implementation of SAP PS templates across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with global standards.
·        Provide expert guidance and support to client users to facilitate understanding and adoption of the global template.
·        Customize SAP PS functionalities to meet specific business requirements and address local nuances.
·        Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize system utilization and effectiveness.
·        Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
·        Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PS systems post-implementation.
Requirements.
·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
·        Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior SAP PS Consultant, with a strong focus on project implementation.
·        Expertise in SAP Project System (PS) module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
·        Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP PS solutions for multinational organizations.
·        Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
·        Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
·        Willingness to travel to project locations in Mexico, the USA, and Canada, as required.
Preferred Qualifications.
·        SAP PS certification is highly desirable.
·        Experience working on projects involving multiple geographical locations and diverse cultural settings.
·        Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
