is looking for a Middle/Senior Salesforce Developer (for Novidea) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico.
Our client is a company that specializes in providing small commercial Excess and Surplus (E&S) insurance through an online platform.
The company offers instant, bindable quotes for various types of coverage, including general liability, commercial property, commercial packages, excess casualty, and cyber liability.
The company also offers software for insurance distribution, insurance underwriting, and accounting.
They primarily serve sectors such as contractors, lessor's risk, vacant properties, restaurants, monoline property, manufacturing, and cyber for small to medium-sized businesses.
It was founded in and is based in San Francisco, California.
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Engineer to join the team and assist in streamlining and automating operational processes in Novidea, the core back-office operating system built on Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Salesforce platform, including both APEX code and Salesforce's native low-code/no-code functionality.
Expect to integrate third-party applications, deal with third-party managed packages, and maintain them.
For us, these include AgentSync and Ascend, among others.
You'll work closely with software engineers who build and maintain code integrated with Novidea to power functionality on the agent-facing distribution and underwriting platform.
Requirements.
4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and automation.
Hands-on experience with Apex code.
Understanding designing and implementing workflow automation in Salesforce.
Understanding building and maintaining automation in Apex, Flows, and Orchestrations.
Expertise in Salesforce reporting and data modeling.
Experience shipping features and code in Salesforce.
Ability to collaborate directly with insurance operators to drive change and development.
Responsibilities.
Develop automation in the AMS/PAS platform built on Salesforce to improve underwriting and operations.
You'll use Apex, Flows, and Orchestrations.
Become an expert in data models across software systems and collaborate with other project software engineers on integrations into and out of the AMS/PAS platform Novidea, built on Salesforce.
Help collaborate with the operations and underwriting teams to administer Novidea functionality.
Ensure customizations and automation to Novidea and Salesforce are reliable and error-free.
Will be a plus.
Experience working with Novidea (strongly preferred).
Knowledge of the insurance industry.
