For our sales unit in the Instrumentation business unit of the Measurement & Analytics division, we are looking for a sales representative in the field who will support our customers with their sales skills, retain them and acquire new customers for our business.
The Measurement & Analytics business unit offers instrumentation solutions for the process industry, with a portfolio of the following innovative measurement technology solutions.
\u\tFlow measurement technology \u\tPressure measurement technology \u\tTemperature measurement technology \u\tLevel measurement technology \u\tElectric actuators & positioners \u\tService and digital solutions As a member of the field sales team, you will be responsible for the sales area of north-western, eastern and central Switzerland.
This includes providing competent support to existing customers and acquiring new customers.
In addition to working from home, you will be responsible for selling the entire range of our product portfolio in the field of ABB measurement technology, mainly at the customer's premises.

With your experience and persuasiveness, you will not only inspire our existing customers, but also new customers.
Thanks to your experience in the sale of measuring devices, you have learned not only negotiating skills but also how to present products to customers perfectly.
Together with the internal sales team, you will process inquiries, prepare quotations and concepts through to order placement by the customer.
You will advise the customer on technology, offer conditions and commercial matters (pricing).
You will look after your customers by regularly attending appointments at the customer's premises.
Your background Successful degree as an engineer (or technician) in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable field.
At least two years of experience in sales of measurement technology.
(Alternatively.
technical experience in B2B automation and electrical engineering) Fluent written and spoken German and English (French is an advantage) Personally, you convince us with your presentation skills as well as your analytical skills, which enable you to grasp technical issues well and develop solutions from them.
