The ideal candidate will possess excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
You will be responsible for facilitating communication between our company and prospective clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

onduct bilingual communication (Spanish/English) with prospective clients.
rioritize appointments to maximize revenue.
ield incoming phone calls and convert 50% or more to appointments.
evelop and distribute reports of daily appointments.
tilize Google Suite to manage job-related tasks.
emostrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect.
roperly explain products and services to prospective customers.
omplete the required call sheets at the end of each day.
amiliarize yourself with essential details of our products and services.
ake outbound phone sales calls using the provided phone numbers.
ccept incoming calls from prospective clients.
chedule consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representatives.
aintain a detailed log of all calls, including unanswered ones.
ttempt to contact prospective clients who have not been reached.
eport product-related complaints to the Manager for resolution.
