You will be responsible for ensuring company health and safety.
You will be monitoring the operations of various units and help eliminate all hazardous activities.
n addition to this, you will be developing policies that help encourage occupational health and safety (OSH) awareness.
You should be experienced in all OSH dictations.
Your work will be more focused on deterrence so you need to be analytical and diligent.
Responsibilities Recommend provisions that help minimize safety risksDevelop and also enforce OSH policiesDirect accident inquiry procedures as well as other safety proceduresKeep a track record of all the safety-related incidents, work related injuries and also propose counteractive actionsCollaborate with managers that help supervise compliance and identify safety issuesIntervene in unsafe operations and activities and implement safety plansEnsure that the working conditions for employees are safe at all timesConduct safety training programs for employees on a regular basisLiaise with and report to officials related to OSH matters and other safety standardsKeep yourself updated about latest safety practices Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringExtensive know-how of OSH practices and guidelinesUnderstanding of implementing OSH training programsExcellent advisory and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office ToolsGood organizational skillsOSH certified "Professional"
