As a Recruiter at Grundfos, your main responsibility is to identify, engage, and hire suitable candidates for the company's business needs.
You will work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their requirements, and deliver quality candidates in a cost-effective and timely manner.
You will use creative sourcing techniques and utilize the global recruiting system and process to achieve these goals.
Ensuring a good user experience for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process is also a vital aspect of the job.
This position will report directly to the Americas Talent Acquisition Manager and will operate daily out of the San Luis Potosí, MX facility.
Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported, and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.
Your main responsibilities.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand the business needs and agree on a suitable recruitment strategy and time frames.
Plan and prepare attractive job advertisements that align with the global guidelines.
Utilize the Success Factors Recruitment system as per the global process to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.
Source both active and passive candidates through a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring the best rates possible.
Screen candidates for required skills and competencies using various methods, including application questions and phone interviews.
Manage stakeholder expectations through timely communication to Hiring Managers and Candidates.
Provide final shortlists of candidates to Hiring Managers and schedule interviews appropriately.
Additionally, administer and interpret SHL Assessments as required and partner closely with the Compensation and Benefits Management Team to adhere to global C&B policy.
Finally, present and negotiate job offers with candidates if required.
Your background.
We imagine that you have.
At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a large manufacturing environment.
Ability to independently track the recruitment process and coordinate the entire recruitment lifecycle.
In-depth knowledge of relevant recruitment systems, local laws, and regulations when applicable for the recruitment and HR area.
Experience in applying recruitment tools and creative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Demonstrated experience in talent pool searches and productive talent interviewing.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages is desirable).
Capacity for building trust and relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity.
Results-oriented approach to recruitment and proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Must have US recruitment experience.
