Job Overview.
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us find the best talent to support our company's growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier candidates across various roles.
As a Recruiter at Corporate Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities.
Sourcing and Candidate Outreach.
Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
ctively engage with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
onduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
nterviewing and Assessment.
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the company.
tilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' competencies and potential.
ollaboration with Hiring Managers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.
rovide regular updates on candidate pipelines and facilitate the interview process.
ffer Negotiation and Onboarding.
Extend offers to selected candidates and assist with negotiation as needed.
nsure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
andidate Experience.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
ather feedback from candidates and continuously improve the recruitment process.
ata Management and Reporting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
enerate recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
roven experience as a recruiter in a similar role.
trong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.
xcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
bility to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
amiliarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
