Are you up for the opportunity to join a new and exciting team here in Hermosillo
We are looking for an experienced team member for an open fulltime contact center recruiter position out of our new Hermosillo office.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a recruiter, preferably in the contact center industry.
Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct inperson interviews
Manage fullcycle recruitment process with HR and operations team members
Identify ongoing staffing needs
Design and implement attraction strategies
Sourcing, selecting and administration of candidates
Follow RUI values to determine the right candidates
Qualifications
Proficient in English speaking and writing
2 years of experience in recruitment
2 years of experience in customer service
Bachelors degree
Strong analytical skills including reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Goaloriented and selfmotivated
