Currently we are expanding our R&D team and are looking for an enthusiastic mechanical, mechatronic or robotics engineer who supports us to develop the next generation of parallel kinematic robot mechanics.
n\nAs engineer in our R&D team you will be responsible for creating new solutions for our robots and customers.
Your innovations are the start of the B&R Codian product offering.
In this position, you will be part of the team developing and maintaining our robot mechanics.
In this role you have the change to use your creativity to design the next generation of robot mechanics.
n\nReporting to the Team Lead Engineering, you will be executing R&D Projects in order to meet the requirements of product development and customer requests.
Your responsibilities Creating innovative conceptual solutions in the field of industrial robotics.
Creating detail mechanical designs and calculations.
You use your experience to help the team grow and perform their daily task.
You support the assembly department and are the technical point of contact with our suppliers.
Supporting Sales in technical customer inquiries and supporting pilot customer applications.
Your background Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to develop in our team.
Engineering degree (bachelor/master) in the field of mechanical engineering, robotics or mechatronic engineering.
You have broad experience in the Machine building or Robotics industry.
A hands-on mentality and a liking for working in a prototyping environment.
A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills, in both Dutch and English.
Experience in the Food industry or Packaging Industry are appreciated.
Affinity with the design of electro-mechanical systems is beneficial.
