The Electrification - Smart Power Division is looking for an R&D Engineer specialized in Technical Documentation a to join our Center of Excellence within Innovation & Product Platform Agile Unit.
Reporting to the CoE Leader for R&D Process Development, you will be a transversal professional figure located in the Technical-Management Area of Research and Development, in contact with different areas and staff of the organization.
You will contribute to defining the guidelines of the technical communication strategy for end users, consistent with the sectors and type of contents.
Preferred Location (with hybrid work).
Global with a preference for European countries - particularly Italy and Sweden.
Your responsibilities Analyze internal or external documents, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, contents, type of product information created within the various business units.
Ensure that documentation is maintained in compliance with the company's procedures, including format, receipt, registration, number, reviews, distribution.
Effectively communicates and provides relevant information to the team, and support colleagues with advice and guidance on processes and documentation issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders \\engineering specialists at an international company oriented to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to external consultants.
Describe the acquisition, processing, and dissemination of information, according to the main communication protocols (IoT), and from the User's perspective.
Define questionnaires and various surveys, analyze, and publish the data collected in efficient reports.
Share a knowledge of the process for product manuals and all related documentation, kit instruction, 3d, 2d and electrical diagrams.
Your background Master or Bachelor in Mechatronic, Telecommunications, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience as documentation specialist or designer engineer; experience in Technical Documentation for Electrical distribution and Protection products will be added advantage.
Cad 2D/3D and related mechanical and Electrical design knowledge, and related international standards.
Technical understanding and willingness to learn and continuously acquire new competencies.
Details oriented an ability to keep attention on multiple activities to be managed in parallel.
Good knowledge of the Excel package.
Power Bi is considered a plus.
Agile mindset and ability to simplify difficult topics thinking from a customer\us perspective.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, market knowledge, leadership skills, social skills complete the profile.
Availability for business travel (approx.
20%).
Experience in Design for service, Risk assessment for safety or similar.
Understanding in CCMS for digital publishing, and controlled languages.
Experience in Corel Designer or Adobe Illustration.
