The development of low-voltage switchgear requires specialists with experience and detailed knowledge in the application of the applicable international regulations and standards.
In this position, you will focus on testing the switchgear developed in Heidelberg and ensuring its compliance with standards.
Your responsibilities Participation in performance of type tests and approval tests for low-voltage switchgear Generation of test setups Definition of testing parameters basing on national and international standards Performance, documentation and evaluation of tests on own responsibility Active participation in R&D project teams Coordination and supervision of tests in external labs Further development and optimization of existing test facilities Organization and performance of sampling tests within product maintenance Your background Degree in electrical engineering (University or Technical College) Several years of professional experience in a similar function Knowledge of project management as well as in the relevant standards (products and safety) German native; English fluent First work experience in similar function desired Experience with the handling of national and industrial standards is a plus Benefits Retirement plan Paid and Unpaid leave opportunities Flexible work practices Canteen Wellbeing program More about us We look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
