The key elements of this role involve.
• Quality partner of the plant manager assuring the quality standards of SI EA within your location.
• Leading a wide Quality functions required for the business including local Customer Care.  • You will be supported by BU QM&GCC Quality Subfunction Manager.  • Assuring all vital certifications ISO |ISO |ISO .
• Drive critical metric improvement - alignment with HQ Sub functions and vital local critical metrics need to be implemented and triggered.  • You are part of the global QM&GCC community and present monthly the critical metric progress.
• Ensure global standard processes implemented in your location.  • Aligning and implementing the yearly strategy and budget with your Sub function Manager.  • You have the authority to stop unsafe work, production and processes if the corresponding quality is not fulfilled.  • Driving the organization to prevention - root cause analyses and balanced preventive measures of NCCs projects etc.
• Empower a diverse and professional team and develop their proficiencies to the next level.
Helping us drive our future vision, your toolkit may include some of these key skills • Degree in technical engineering or equivalent.  • Leadership focussed on empowering and developing a diverse team • Enjoys working in an international environment • Profound knowledge of core quality methods like FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why and Value Stream Management.  • Provide guidance for ISO , pref.

• Proficient in English and Spanish.
