As a Quality Assistant, this person will play a key role in the Company, you will have to.
Management of Internal Corrective Action Process – ICAR *(QM) Management for Complaints and Appeals* (QM) Support office assessments witness audits and internal audits from TNC*.
(QM) Managements of notices for Auditors in WF * (QM) Support in update manteinance of certificate database of TNCERT Performance or random checks of processes in all departments *(QM) Maintenance of Standards in Worfklow*(QM) Maintenance of audit documentation in Workflow*(QM) Support in maintenance of Management Systems Report Remote and extended audits (waivers approved) TNCERT on a monthly basis EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING Bachelor degree preferably in Administrative areas English Level High.
Computer skills in general and in particular Microsoft Office, Workflow and SAP.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Experience in assistant positions, dealing with people and working under objectives.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Office Software Proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software tools.
SAP and Work Flow Management.
Experience in handling systems such as SAP and workflow management platforms.
Documentation and File Management.
Knowledge in creating, maintaining, and organizing client files, including contracts and related documentation.
Audit Standards and Review Knowledge.
Knowledge of audit standards and technical review processes.
