Position.
Lead Python Developer Location.
Remote for now\/ Onsite in Guadalajara coming soon Experience Level.
Mid\/Senior Level Skills Required.
• 6+ years of experience as Python Developer with strong portfolio of projects • Understanding of Python software development ecosystems including NumPy, Pandas, and Flask.
• Ability to create data processing pipelines.
• Demonstrated participation in code reviews, ensuring code quality and identifying areas for improvement to implement practical solutions.
• Debugging code when required and troubleshooting Python related queries.
• Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business requirements, as well as technical functionality of IT applications \/ IT platform.
• Experience with Earnix is a plus (Would have priority if they have it) • Ability to lead the design, decomposition, and delivery of work needed by a team to achieve project goals.
• Skilled in understanding business needs, turning business requirements into code, executing robust testing, performing demos, and participating in broader testing activities on operational systems.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, managing your work in Jira (or similar project management tool) and actively participating in Agile ceremonies \/ routines.
