We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Product Test Specialist, will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client financial products.
Roles & Responsibilities.
- Oversee the development and execution of detailed test plans to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects in the early stages of the product lifecycle.
- Utilize Core Java and Selenium to automate testing processes, increasing efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct performance testing using TPH and Fiserv platforms to simulate high-volume transactions in the Cards & Payments sector.
- Implement GPP solutions to streamline payment processing and enhance product functionality.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and recommend improvements to the development team.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the Cards & Payments domain to continuously improve testing methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements specific to the financial industry.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Required Skills.
7-8yrs experience -Proven experience in Core Java and Selenium for test automation - Familiarity with TPH, Fiserv, and GPP platforms is essential for effective performance testing.
- Strong understanding of the Cards & Payments industry, including regulatory standards and market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for identifying and resolving defects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
