Bachelor degree in Automotive Technology or related Engineering field from an accredited university 3+ years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, supplier operations or quality\u202f Project management skills Organized and goal oriented Experience with data analytics Strong sense of accountability and ownership Skill Set Proactive personality – willing to go support European plants and Engineering team when requested Logical problem solver with the ability to distill potential root cause from dealer narrative from vehicle level knowledge Green or Black Belt Problem Solver accredited Strong presentation skills, must be comfortable with exposure and presenting to Leadership on a regular basis.
