PRODUCT PLANNER (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Planner to join our Supply Chain Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of product to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
You will work closely with other departments such as Production, Procurement, Warehousing and Quality Assurance to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain process.

Collaborate with Sales and Demand teams to gather and analyze demand forecasts.
Create and manage schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Monitor inventory levels and work with Procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product delivery and inventory management efficiency.
Monitor supplier performance and work with them to resolve any issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure dependable and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures to minimize stock write-offs.
Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Support and collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the supply chain process.
Minimum Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
1+ years of experience in product planning or supply chain management.
Knowledge of production scheduling and inventory management.
Ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
English written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma project experience and/or Green Belt Prior experience with applicable planning systems Comfortable with navigating through some degree of uncertainty Ecolab (NYSE.
