Responsibilities.
Provide L2/L3 support in IT, ensuring system stability and addressing technical issues.
Apply in-depth knowledge of Microsoft ASP.
ET, ASP.
ET MVC, and ASP.
ET API for development and support tasks.
Utilize expertise in C# and JavaScript for application development and troubleshooting.
Apply knowledge and experience with SQL, focusing on complex queries and query optimization.
Apply knowledge of software development life-cycle methodologies, including Iterative and Agile approaches.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of REST API for efficient communication and integration.
Effectively communicate with the Development team, IT Support, and Products team to address issues and contribute to overall system improvement.
Requirements.
Possess 4+ years of IT experience, specifically in L2/L3 support and.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft ASP.
