The company manages multiple inquiry-generation websites and conducts primary and secondary research on behalf of clients.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Production Support Specialist to join the team.
This role's primary responsibility is to provide day-to-day production support and troubleshoot logic within process builders, workflows, and some Apex Triggers.
You will also be expected to learn and work with the 360 SMS managed package to assist with mass text scheduling and related tasks.
Requirements.
3-4 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Salesforce process builders, workflows, and Apex Triggers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce-managed packages.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes rapidly.
Responsibilities.
Troubleshoot logic within Salesforce process builders, workflows, and Apex Triggers.
Assist with configuring and maintaining the 360 SMS managed package for mass text scheduling.
Provide timely resolution to production issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Document processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference.
Work independently to handle production support tasks and minimize reliance on the core team.
Will be a plus.
Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer.
Experience with mass text scheduling or similar functionalities.
Previous experience in production support or similar roles.
