We  are  all  responsible for building and  maintaining  relationships with key retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners, ensuring that our products are available to consumers across various channels.

Key responsibilities Develops and organizes medical teams training to guarantee operational excellence, manages Medical Business Academy implementation, and upskills whole organization on medical topics Organise training on products/services, scientific areas, brand and Divisional values, doctor-centric approach (SIMAC) and the medical, competitive and regulatory environment - Define the continuing training plan - Implement and check on training plan delivery - Design and validate training tools and content - Manage and drive the training sessions - Select teachers/coaches and training companies Is in charge of Medical Business Academy roll out and implementation, working in close collaboration with HR learning department Team objectives and follow-up, in line with Medical Management - Assess team training needs - Define educational objectives in line with brand/Divisional strategy - Write the official specification for each training course - Monitor, assess and carry out reporting on training Ensure training in internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals.
Upskills whole organization on medical topics.
Carry out monitoring.
- Regularly update contents and implement innovative pedagogical methods - Ensure regulatory monitoring regarding mandatory training for targets   SPEEDY PROCESS.
