Job description We are looking to expand our team with a full-time or part-time (80%) dynamic and motivated executive assistant & event planner.
You will provide administrative support to the Director and his team, taking a key position within the daily operation of the Center and leading the planning of events, seminars, business dinners and travels.
Flawlessly organize appointments (agenda management), events, seminars and lab meetings Reception of visitors and the organization of the program and the logistics Organize travel/business trips.
transport, accommodation, logistic support Help prepare presentations and meetings Collaborate with the other admin team members to provide general administrative support Your profile Essential Professional bachelor (or equivalent experience)Fluent in Dutch and English, for both written and oral communicationProficient knowledge of MS Office Enthused about working in an exciting, young, dynamic and multicultural environment Dynamic, driven and eager to learn Enjoy working independently as well as collaborating with a team for larger projects Strong sense of responsibility Accurate, proactive, and flexible multitasker Diplomatic and discreet Desirable but not required Experience in a personal assistant/executive assistant role or similar Interest in science Key personal characteristics You are energetic, positive, discreet, and a team player We offer Full-time or 4/5 employment with an open-ended contract with flexible working hours A competitive salary with various additional benefits (eco-cheques, free commuting by public transport, bicycle allowance, bicycle leasing, etc...)
