The position is based in Mexico City.
\u003Cb>What the job involves\u003C/b> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cul> \u003Cli>Manage daily and ongoing leasing activities for its market, principally Mexico City, supporting the property management team and other internal stakeholders in customer interactions, acquisitions, development, and dispositions\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Supervise the properties in the portfolio\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Analyse market intelligence by area\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Elaborate LOI, execute and monitor signing of contracts\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers and counterparties\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Support ongoing development activities, including market assessments, building & park design, project development, and BTS originations & negotiations\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Interact with existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and needs\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Prepare lease proposals and negotiate commercial terms\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Cultivate relationships with new clients and brokers\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Execute the marketing plan\u003C/li> \u003C/ul> \u003Cb>Who we are looking for\u003C/b> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cul> \u003Cli>Solid knowledge of Mexico's real estate industry, preferably the industrial sector, garnered at a private equity fund, bank, developer or other key industry player\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Degree in finance, business, accounting, engineering, or another related field\u003C/li> \u003Cli>MBA is preferred\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Strong interpersonal and promotional/commercial skills\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish\u003C/li> \u003C/ul> \u003Cbr /> Save role \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> Log in to apply \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr />
