! We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Lead Automation testing What you'll do.
- As a Lead Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance team.
You will develop and execute test plans, perform test automation, and ensure the quality of software products.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
Preferred experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a Test Lead - Testing experience developing test automation frameworks, GUI and server-side, utilizing Selenium (WebDriver) and other test tools - Experience with programming in Java, C# or Python.
- Expertise in Functional and Regression Testing Expertise in Claims Proficiency in SQL - Exposure to Automation and DEVOPS tools Contribute effectively in Agile ceremonies.
- Good communication skills and client handling capabilities.
- Agile Test management process, create test scenarios and test cases as per business requirement - Advance English Why Cognizant?
