You will work remotely from anywhere within Mexico and communicate with clients in advanced English.
Responsibilities.
Provide Level 2 technical support to clients using Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and timely.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
Document technical solutions for future reference.
Provide clear and concise status updates to clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of an internal knowledge base.
Requirements.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in advanced English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.
