KAM Team Leader (Clubes) | CDMX | híbrido | Pet Nutrition Esta posición es responsable de la negociación e implementación de las iniciativas de la compañía.
Las métricas principales por las cuáles será medida son.
Distribución.
Cumplir con infaltables y asegurar alcances adicionales para los códigos relevantes para la categoría y MARS (PQA.
SB, BB) Catalogaciones.
asegurar la innovación en punto de venta en tiempo y forma Exhibiciones adicionales.
ejecutar fuera del anaquel volumen correspondiente a las iniciativas de la compañía Sell in/Sell out.
asegurar el crecimiento rentable de Mars en conjunto con los clientes Gestión y desarrollo de Key Account Executives Responsabilidades Clave Generación de JBP anual con las cadenas.
Construcción de los building blocks buscando crecer por arriba de la categoría Negociación con Clubes de Precío buscando generar.
distribución, catalogación y puntos de interrupción Minimizar los riesgos y detectar y potenciar las oportunidades mapeadas en el ciclo de S&OP Influir en los equipos de Mars.
Ejecución, SRM, Customer Marketing, Demanda, Administración de ventas, CPFR, Customer Service, Marketing, Category, etc para el logro de los objetivos planteados con clientes Correcta administración del presupuesto de trade y cartera de los clientes Corresponsable junto con el equipo de ejecución de compliance de Perfect Store Conocimientos y experiencia Experiencia en ventas o gestión de cuentas.
Conocimiento de la industria.
Liderazgo de equipos.
Gestión de negociaciones complejas.
