Requirements.
We seek a motivated Fresher QA Engineer with strong technical acumen and attention to detail to support our Software Development team.
Skills Key Qualifications Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Equivalent 0 to 1 year of experience Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts and principles.
Basic knowledge of test principles and methodologies Understanding of scripting Design Understanding of Web Pages and Database testing Solid logical and analytical reasoning Attention to Detail Critical Thinking Nice to have Coding ability in one or more scripting programming languages.
Knowledge or Experience with SQL, XML, Jira Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Basic knowledge of database management systems Soft skills Positive attitude Teamwork Collaboration Communication Self Initiative Problem-Solving Continuous Learning Able to work under pressure English Advanced/Proficiency in Conversational and Technical English Job Responsibilities.
Responsibilities include design, execution and report of test plans, test cases, test procedures, and detailed test report for all the features and functions according to product specifications.
Participate in collective requirements analysis of specs and user stories Test progress documentation and reporting Setting standards for the quality of software Spotting glitches and bugs in the software Thoroughly document and report any defects identified.
