The position is based in Rome.
The candidate will join the Corporate Staff Functions Team to support Accounting&Controlling departments.
His/her mission will be to ensure the ERP (Stealth & SAP) system effectively supports business processes within Finance community.
Main responsibilities Analyze and research change requirements to meet business needs, managing the development of new functionalities within the system (including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation of Stealth & SAP solutions that support specific internal client’s needs); Support WW end-users to ensure system reliability and proper management for the month-end closing; Coordinate and cooperate with external partners for incident and change request management, assessing and validating innovative solutions; Interacts with Finance Governance team to review operational processes and procedures, keep focusing on global evolutions; Provide support and training to the users from other functions.
Profile.
University degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent; Previous experience of minimum 3 years in in a similar role, preferably gained within multinational environment; Technical/Functional knowledge-base of Accounting and Controlling processes (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Gross Margin Analysis); Advanced knowledge of SAP4Hana, Stealth is considered a relevant plus; Fluent Italian and proficient English level; Continuous improvement approach and passion for digital innovation.
