Job Summary The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level.
Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges.
Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.
In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.
Start Date August Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do As Intern – Human Resources you will.
In this area, you will develop internal working rules and get the register in labor secretary.
Generate internal polices, knowledge of labor law and Mexican norms.
Develop internal working rules and implement global and local policies.
Labor law and official Mexican norms.
Ensure compliance with employees' internal work standards.
We believe you have Be active in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
Bachelor’s studies Intermediate level of English or higher is required.
Nice to have Excel knowledge (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros).
Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
Expected graduation date between May 25 and December .
