As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, collecting case information, preparing legal documents, and ensuring excellent service.
esponsibilities.
Communicate with potential clients via phone calls and emails to generate leads and interest for the company’s products or services Perform initial client assessments and evaluations to determine the client’s eligibility and suitability for the company’s products or services Gather and organize case documentation and information to facilitate the intake process and ensure compliance with legal requirements Schedule and follow up on appointments and consultations for clients to maintain contact and engagement with clients throughout the case lifecycle Assist in the drafting and filing of legal documents to support the legal team and ensure accuracy and timeliness of document preparation and submission Deliver outstanding customer service to clients to build trust and loyalty with clients and enhance the company’s reputation and referrals
