* determine the technical feasibility of new product concepts.
* collaborate with global cross-functional teams including marketing, program management, industrial design, and operations to develop innovative solutions and deliver quality products on time and within budget.
* partner with our global engineering organization to capture knowledge, share best practices, and provide feedback on designs and deliverables.
* study market trends, customer reviews, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to identify future opportunities for innovation and enhancement.

bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles focused on new product development.
proven expertise in project management and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
strong proficiency in engineering design software, with specific experience in creo ptc preferred.
demonstrated ability to innovate and leverage new technologies to solve complex challenges.
self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and requires minimal supervision.
