Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure problems, ensuring smooth operations of all systems.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
Build and automate cluster deployments using Kubernetes/SLURM ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with development teams to understand infrastructure requirements and provide necessary support.
Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of systems.
Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and reliability of infrastructure.
Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications.
Minimum qualifications, You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or similar STEM field.
4+ years of experience in similar roles, working with.
debugging issues in configuration of CPU and GPU based environments.
troubleshooting infrastructure issues in a production environment with K8.
hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Ansible.
scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git.
building and automating cluster deployments using K8.
Advanced English level.
The position is in Mexico, it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.
Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico.
Preferred qualifications, Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
Familiarity with Workload Managers like SLURM or similar tools.
Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
Knowledge of DevOps best practices and methodologies.
Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Grafana.
Understanding of security best practices in cloud and container environments.
