The global Head of Medium Voltage (MV) drives & Service Unit Manager, will have the end-to-end responsibility for the product portfolio management, global footprint, product portfolio strategy and offering development.
This includes various responsibilities such as the implementation of the Service Line Customer Care and Support, the Modernization strategy, as well as the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the global back-end operations.
Your responsibilities Portfolio management Manage a global product line service portfolio throughout its whole life cycle, with responsibility for offering profitability E2E.
Lead continuous business analysis of the existing portfolio and potential new portfolio items including analysis of alternative investments and reviewing potential partnering options.
Define service portfolio offering and positioning from product/product line perspective and ensures service portfolio coverage across products.
Define technical offering content based on division processes, business models and market inputs.
Sets REUP prices for spare parts and other relevant offerings.
Product portfolio strategy Responsible for business strategy definition and translating business strategy into the offering and solution portfolio.
Continuously analyze the content of the portfolio with a focus on future life-cycle changes, technological developments, and new product launches.
Ensure installed base penetration of products under own responsibility through creating business plans based on IB potential for both periodic and modernization services and aligning them with the relevant service Portfolio Line Manager as well as Regional Service Manager/Large Country Local Division Manager.
Ensure right capabilities and footprint to deliver the business plan including offering content through technical product management and life cycle management, R&D Roadmaps for relevant products and services and back-end capabilities, including staffing.
Support build-up of front-end capabilities related to sales, support and execution for own product scope.
Propose and co-define partnerships and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to expand the current offering portfolio and its\u operational footprint related to own area of responsibility.
Oversee localization, footprint, technology transfer and trading model strategy definition to maximize time to market, competency availability/development, customer service levels and product profitability.
Offering development Responsible for the development of new portfolio based on division product development process by planning the product line roadmap to create maximum value.
Follows up the portfolio performance and ensures coordination with R&D.
Analyze and track globally market, technology, competitor, and customer requirements and trends related to the products in scope including relevant regulations, and standards e.

Identify needs, opportunities and risks and positioning against competition.
Your background 5+ years of experience leading global teams, with a strong track record of driving growth in a service environment.
Sound knowledge of Medium Voltage Drives for applications in Heavy Industries.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to navigate a complex global organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
