Our Team.
A Growth Performance Lead to manage our multifunctional data, analytics & sales force effectiveness team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of performance analytics for both business & sales force teams, ensuring technical accuracy, providing forward-looking insights and scenarios, and driving strategic decision-making through actionable data analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of converting complex data into valuable business insights.
The person is required to position the analytics area and themselves as objective descriptors of the organization working closely with the General Manager.
Main responsibilities.
Lead the performance analytics team consisting in 4 teams.
Sales Force Effectiveness, Data Management, Business Intelligence & Business Digital Transformation to enhance business performance & goals.
Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business growth and efficiency while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights for business performance, strategy and sales force.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance metrics and trends effectively.
Identify & execute opportunities for process improvements and efficiency of the Mexico operation thru automation simplifying the way we operate.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Execute, in collaboration with global and regional teams, marketing mix modelling and media effectiveness analysis and recommendations.
Have a challenger mindset, constantly challenging the status quo to take the organization to the next level of performance.
About you Experience.
Experience in business roles from any industry where data is king.
Soft skills.
Exceptional communication and Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Technical skills.
Proficient in data and statistics, no compromise for technical accuracy and data quality.
A people oriented person with love for numbers Education.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar career Languages.
