The Information Security Incident Management will be reporting directly to the Global Head of Security Operations.
· Build the Edenred Computer Security Incident Response Team based on the Security Operations Team capabilities, the Global Centers of Expertise and the Information Security leaders in the Business Units.
Security incidents being at the end, always treated and reported in a business perspective.
· Lead the management of security incidents for the Group, ensuring that all required stakeholders are involved, that proper actions are allocated, taken and tracked, that remediation plan are documented, communicated and implemented.
This includes post incident action plans.
· Report Security incidents in a timely manner, with calibrated report and communication according to the targeted stakeholders (Line Management, C-Level, Data Privacy, Business Line, Business Units, Technology teams, etc.).
Work closely with Edenred Security Operation Center (SOC), Application owners, IT infrastructures & operations, business owners and local CISO to update and create detection use cases.
· Define together with Business stakeholders, Application owners and Project managers which data, assets and processes need to be protected and how, what kind of alerts to be implemented.
· Lead and improve Edenred DLP capabilities in accordance with local regulations, plus Security and business needs.
This implies the identification and implementation of processes, controls, and tools to manage DLP incidents.
· Provide security incidents pre-defined “Playbooks” and procedures to SOC, Centers of Expertise and BU to manage security incidents.
“Playbooks” refer to a specific procedure to deploy to respond to a specific type of incident, threat or risk.
· Train SOC, Centers of Expertise, BUs and all relevant teams to the management of Security incidents, based on policies, policies and provided “Playbooks”.
· Run Security incidents simulations to prepare stakeholders to real security incidents.
· Ensure that legal or regulatory requirements are respected (working closely with Legal department and Data Privacy).
As part of Global Security Operations Team and depending on your background, you will also be part of other topics addressed by the Global IT security team.
The Information Security Incident Management will interface with many stakeholders in Technology, Business and support functions (e.
.
Legal & Data Privacy, Risk Management, Human resources) and from many countries/regions (Head quarter, EMEA, Americas, APAC).
It will give you the opportunity to acquire a good understanding of all Edenred’s activities and their evolution.

· 3 to 4 years of experience in managing Information Security incidents or Data breach.
Nice to have.
· Experience in IT incident management · Experience in IT Risk management · Certification in information security (or related) such as CISM, CISA, CISSP · Well versed in the information security issues affecting financial service organizations · Experience in implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention Experience in managing a SOC and security alerts Bachelor´s degree Lenguagees.
