The Data Analytics Senior Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s).

May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise.

Responsible for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of data science projects along with short-term planning resource planning.
Oversees management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary action and terminations and may include budget approval.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications.
6-10 years experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets Education.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.

Integration and management of best practices over DevSecOps and cloud services on the Big Data platforms, including on premise and Public/private cloud Services.
To contribute to standards around DevSecOps on Big Data platforms and Cloud services.
To define and manage roles and services around DevSecOps, cloud services management and integration in Big Data area.
May have responsibility for planning, budgeting, resource planning and policy formulation within area of Big Data services and platforms (onpremise and cloud).
