RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain a close relationship and communication with each Food and Beverage leader, as well as with other departments, to ensure efficient operation and quality service for Members.
• Constantly monitor and review menus, including food, beverage, and wine list, ensuring a competitive and up-to-date list at all times.
• Develop and implement all operating standards for Food and Beverage service in accordance with Maravilla Los Cabos service culture.
• Plan, coordinate and execute the talent development plan of the food and beverage department.
• Evaluate performance and implement improvements if necessary.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel management, or a related field of study is preferred.
• +3 years of proven experience as an F&B Senior Manager or similar role in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, including banquets, all-day dining, pool & beach service, and In-Home Dining.
• Excellent financial acumen with a track record of successfully managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets.
• Must be proficient in verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Report directly to F&B Director.
