FINANCE INTERN

Description & Requirements What you will be doing.
This position reviews outstanding bills, contacts Epicor clients, and works with them on resolving delinquent accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and phone skills, with a background in collections or accounting.
What you will likely bring.
Meet or exceed monthly forecast collections targets for assigned regions.
Communicate with customers and document disputes following ESC Policies and Procedures.
Collaborate with management to mitigate financial risks and improve forecast goals.
Maintain customer accounts, reduce outstanding balances, and prepare accounts for collections.
