FIELD APPLICATION SPECIALIST

The Application Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Provide high levels of expertise in supporting all company products.
This position is part of the Service Department located in México and will be hybrid and / or fully remote.

You will be a part of the Technical Service team and report to the Service Supervisor responsible for representing the company to address customer needs such as installations, systems relocations, modification, verification, validation and repair of Beckman Coulter instruments and their associated peripherals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to.
· Perform preventive maintenance routines and semi-routines and support applications of the entire range of products defined by the company as part of its market in the assigned geographic area.
Install, verify and certify that the system performs with 100% compliance in accordance with the organization's specifications and processes.
· Provide installation requirements and follow up on user training to ensure proper operation of the instrument.
· Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and seek to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Provide to the Sales Department with information related to product acceptance, maintaining a history of product quality and performance.
· Provide to the Sales and Service Departments with prospect information for the sale of the company's products, or for the sale of service contracts.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products.
Attend intercompany training and personal development classes as required.
· Actively participate as support in training programs, or as an instructor of specific product lines and according to instructions from Service Management.
· Correctly and efficiently, support users of Beckman Coulter instruments by telephone in the solution and identification of faults specific to the equipment, operation, reagents, etc.
· Support and assist Service Engineers and customers in the field for problems related to applications and operation of the instrument.
The essential requirements of the job include · Proficiency in supporting field applications for hematology, clinical chemistry, immunology and microbiology clinical systems.
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences or related fields · Spanish language and intermediate in English · Teamwork, problem solving, customer focus It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in.
· Technical Call Center customer support.
