hat you will be doing.
onsistently offer exceptional, friendly, engaging service, with excellent record tracking and tide follow up to all guests requestsEnsure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-sellingRecommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requestsBook room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the systemProviding support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
ualificationsYour experience and skills include.
ustomer-service experienceFluency in English, additional languages are a plusSpeak with others using clear and professional languageAnswer telephones using appropriate etiquetteDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goalsComply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
erform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
ust display strong communication, analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesPrior experience working with Opera or a related system is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills18 months+ commitment to role
