As an E-Merchandising Coordinator  you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
Your responsibilities will be.
Analytical skills as you will work directly with the sales team to align budgets and trends for the growing online channel Have effective communication and social skills to work with teams and customers Interest in market trends in the beauty world Ability to work with digital platforms such as Google Analytics & Meta Business Knowledge of basic Digital Marketing KIPs Digital optimization and end to end online sales of one of the most important Beauty Retailers Support in promotional grids and client's digital sophistication Securing and negotiating online visibility within client's digital platforms Who You Are.
3+ years of experience in E-Commerce or related area Market Analysis and Online Business Planning.
identify online sales opportunities and client's digital platforms Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
Strong negotiations to secure favorable agreements with clients for the promotion of our brands on client's digital platforms Experience in commercial area.
track record or with proven basic experience in commercial area.
Customer relationship management with the main objective of building and maintaining good relationships to provide excellent customer service.
