If this sounds good to you, check out FICO’s CCS DevOps team!” – VP, DevOps Engineering What You'll Contribute Gain a thorough understanding of the FICO CCS system architecture to be able to provide third tier support for customer issues, either in production or in User Acceptance Testing.
Work with client account teams to ensure that customer issues are addressed, communicated as necessary and that incident reports are made available in a timely fashion.
Provision applications in production environments and associated tasks.
Contributing new ideas, innovative thinking.
Has a passion for delivering high quality software.
Understands the value of CI/CD, test automation.
DevOps/Infrastructure as code experience is a plus.
Provide strong technical operational support of FICO’s CCS platform, production applications and the production environment.
Support will focus on diagnosis of problems and assessment of both internal and external (customer) impact following any kind of incident.
Additional emphasis will be placed on development tasks such as automation, improvements to existing automation and tools and similar workstreams.
This role will follow a standard M-F workweek.
Rotating paid on-call weekend schedule.
What We’re Seeking Linux administration, preferably RedHat.
Linux system performance.
Advanced AWS knowledge (Focus on DevOps skillset including, but not limited to, lambdas, Infrastructure as code (CloudFormation), RDS/DynamoDB, etc.).
Software and Development Skills (including scripting).
Python.
Bash.
Java (a plus).
MySQL or equivalent.
Network security (web/application firewalls).
Network Connectivity (B2B).
Delivering new architecture at scale.
Problem and incident diagnosis and resolution.
Hands-on operations & DevOps experience, systems & software.
Apache and Tomcat configuration.
