Provide comprehensive data management expertise to Clinical Data Management (CDM) team to provide high quality data management products that meet customer needs.
Provide leadership to the team in the areas of project planning, execution, and close-out; financial management; communications; and milestone deliverables.
Perform role of Data Team Lead (DTL).
Comply with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), applicable regulatory guidelines, SOPs, policies, and, where available, CDM guidance documents.
What you will do.
Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing project management, continuous improvement processes, and technical guidance with minimal supervision.
Direct project planning, execution, and close-out phases, ensuring quality deliverables align with customer expectations and contractual obligations.
Regularly liaise with the Data Operations team to guarantee that project milestones are met and deliverables maintain high quality.
Implement and monitor a proactive quality management plan, addressing service and quality issues as per the Data Management Plan and contract.
Manage the project’s Scope of Work and budget, including monthly financial reviews and tracking of out-of-scope tasks.
Qualifications.
Experience in a leadership role as a Clinical Data Management project lead Bachelor’s degree in Health, Clinical, Biological, Mathematical Sciences, or a related field Demonstrated ability to maintain strong relationships and open communication with clients to fulfill contractual duties IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
